Nevada Faculty Alliance
NFA-AAUP Legal Defense Program

The purpose of the NFA-AAUP Legal Defense Program is to ensure that NFA-AAUP members are provided appropriate legal assistance to facilitate due process in employment-related matters of common interest to the membership. The nature and extent of this assistance is explained in the document "Nevada Faculty Alliance Committee Legal Defense Policies and Procedures."

NFA-AAUP members seeking legal advice on an employment-related matter should contact the NFA-AAUP Legal Defense Coordinator , and then complete the NFA Legal Defense intake form. After review your chapter president or legal defense committee will then contact the NFA Legal Defense Coordinator.
